Shipping & Returns
I ship all purchases First Class USPS mail, with tracking. I STRONGLY suggest high ticket orders you choose shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
I want all my customers to be happy, and feel that I will work with you for your satisfaction! If you purchase something, and find it is not to your liking, please contact me via phone, or email, and I will arrange for an exchange, or store credit.
I will give an exchange or credit for the returned jewelry, minus the shipping, as that is to be paid by the customer. I hope you will understand this policy, as I am a 1 person operation.
CUSTOM MADE PIECES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once once I have your approval on the choice of stones, the arrangement of stones, I will then create the piece for you. I prefer to communicate via email. This way we both have record of communications, and photographs.
NO REFUNDS ON APPROVED CUSTOM-MADE PIECES.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or choose another, just let me know, send an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email for return address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
